I placed multiple orders, can you combine them together?
As long as none of your orders have been dropped off at the post office, I will be able to combine your orders for you. Make sure to contact me with both of your order numbers as soon as possible.
Returns & Exchange
All digital and custom order sales are final and will not be eligible for a refund, return or cancellation due to the nature of these products. Unless they arrive damage or defective ( if this is the case, please make sure to contact us within 2 days of received date with a photo.)
Please make sure to double check your sizing / customization before purchase as we do not offer refunds or exchanges if the incorrect size has been ordered by mistake.
For all other products, If, for some reason, you are unhappy with the items you've received, please contact us as soon as possible. Please email us at
email@example.com or use the contact form Including your order number. let us know the reason for the request.
Once the request is approved, will send you the return address. After we receive the returned products, you will receive your refund through the original form of payment.
*Please note that for this request, shipping costs will not be covered by GraciEdits.

I made a mistake on my custom order
We used to accept changes in wordings or sizes after the initial order have been placed. Unfortunately, starting November 1st, 2021, we are no longer accepting changes once order is placed.
The main reasons being, emails and messages getting lost in between conversations, other incoming emails/messages. Sometimes we miss those notes, and end up have to send out a replacement which it extends your wait time to receive the product.
So, for that reason, please make sure to
triple check your spellings, wordings, and sizes when placing any custom orders as
we will not be able to make any changes...

Cacellation request needs to be sent to us via email with your order number as soon as possible. We cannot guarentee the order cancellation if we begin to work on your order or your order is already dropped off.
* Please note that the payment processor's
transaction fees won't be refundable.
We laminate all glossy dividers to ensure the letters are protected and not scrated off. Due to the nature of handmade products, these are not meant to last forever and in some occasion, it is possible for your dividers to start peel on the corner or see some light lift overtime.
We make sure to include a little aftercare card with each glossy clear dividers.
If you see any lift in the Glossy dividers, we recommened running them from the oposite corner from the lift in a laminator to reseal them back.
For Glossy Vellum, setting recommendation will be 3mil when it is heated enough.
For Glossy Clear, setting recommendation will be 5mil when it is heated enough.

How long will it take to receive my order?
As of June 30, 2021 : All regular orders processing time is around 3-5 business days. All dividers and custom order will take up to 17 business days.
Although, we are trying our best to keep the processing time short, please allow extended processing times of up to an additional 3-7 business days during major holidays and high volume orders.
The processing time does not include shipping timeframe* the processing timeframe is when your order should be dropped off at the post office to be mailed out.
Once your package is dropped off at the post office, unfortunately we have no control over the shipping process.
